Kyrgyz Man in Kolpok Hat Felt Ornament
This unique ornament from Central Asia comes from families that design and create items inspired by their local traditions. Many of the Kyrgyz products use felted wool that was traditionally used by the nomadic tribes to cover their yurts (portable, tent-like homes) and to make rugs, hats, and slippers for warmth. Today the Kyrgyz women use felt for home accessories, jewelry, ornaments, and dolls.
Measures about 3" in height.
