This olive wood utensil is designed and carved in Jordan. These handsome spreaders can be used for butter, cheese, peanut butter or jelly and are an excellent housewarming gifts!  Hand washable, each is coated with a food safe beeswax/olive oil finish. The beautiful grains in the wood make this piece as exceptional and unique as the hands that carved it. This kitchen item is made from a cut of wood coming from the trimmings of natural olive trees and formed by a local artisan who is benefiting from fair trade business practices.
